Made in the column stills of the Cooley Distillery and matured in the bonded warehouses in Kilbeggan, Co. Westmeath. Cooley's grain is amongst the best in the world, just ask whisky writers like Jim Murray of Whisky Bible fame and Ralfy from ralfy.com. The 15-year-old Small Batch was one of 5,000 bottled in 2009, all from bourbon casks. Lovely stuff.
