Made in the column stills of the Cooley Distillery and matured in the bonded warehouses in Kilbeggan, Co. Westmeath. Cooley's grain is amongst the best in the world, just ask whisky writers like Jim Murray of Whisky Bible fame and Ralfy from ralfy.com. This eight-year-old version was bottled at 40% abv from first-fill bourbon barrels.
