Midleton Kilranelagh Dair Ghaelach 6 Trees Tasting Set (Trees 1-6)

A wonderful tasting pack that contains six samples from the fantastic Dair Ghaelach Kilranelagh from Midleton. This is the 5th release of special whiskeys that have been finished in specially sourced virgin Irish oak casks. Each incarnation of the range features a different oak forest, this time Kilranelagh wood, and each bottling features oak sourced from an individual tree.

An amazing opportunity to try samples of the bottles aged in oak from trees 1-6. So, six different samples from six different bottles with each of them aged in oak sourced from a different tree!

This range of releases uses light pot still spirit, medium pot still spirit and heavy pot still spirit which were aged together in American oak casks before being tranferred and aged separately in the virgin oak casks for another 20 months. They have been bottled at cask strength with the final product coming out at 56.8% to 57.5% ABV.
