The peat charred cask is one of two whiskeys in this experimental range so far. This whiskey has been matured in an ex-Sherry Butt and then finished in heavily charred virgin white oak casks. This heavily charring was fuelled by peat from Glengarriff.

    The first Celtic Cask release from Dingle Distillery. A triple distilled malt that was initially matured in French virgin oak (Berthomieu Nevers Light toast). It was moved to Pedro Ximenez cask in December 2021. Expect notes of dry spice, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg on the nose with oak, roasted, nuts, orange zest and kumquats on the palate and a peppery finish with toaches of citrus peel.
