This pot still is aged in a combination of ex Bourbon and Sherry casks and exudes the traditional pot still style that Ireland is unique for. This whiskey is rich with intense spices balanced with some toffee and caramel flavours, the finish is long and warm with those quintessential hints of Pot Still spice!
