Resulting in a limited edition whiskey which is described as having a remarkable depth of flavour — tropical fruits, ripe pineapple and banana, citrus peel and a touch of clove. Limited to 12,500 bottles.

They make great grain whiskey at the Cooley Distillery, where the Teeling brothers learnt their trade before setting up their own operation in Dublin's Liberties. They've finished this sweet grain whiskey in wine casks, which has given the spirit some extra character, with bubblegum and vanilla notes.
