Created by combining two exceptional casks, one a 27 year-old Bourbon cask and one a 28 year-old Ruby Port cask. These single pot stills were then combined together and married for a period of three months in two Tawny Port casks. A fantastic expression from Midleton Distillery that has all the depth and complexity you would expect from a rare Redbreast release.
