We are proud to introduce Senses by Liath as an exclusive Drams Delivered tasting experience. Unlike anything else in Irish whiskey, Senses by Liath was created to explore the five building blocks of taste: Bitter, Sour, Salt, Umami and Sweet. This extraordinary project brings together two masters of their craft: Two Michelin Star chef Damien Grey of Liath and Rupert Egan of Egan's Irish Whiskey.

At the heart of the collection are five individually crafted and finished 23 year old Single Malt Irish whiskeys, each designed to highlight one of the five core taste sensations. To achieve this, Grey and Egan collaborated with some of the world’s finest wine and spirits producers, including Godet, sourcing rare and exceptional casks. Some barrels took up to 18 months to secure, with several partners collaborating with Irish whiskey for the very first time.

Now reimagined as a Drams Delivered tasting pack, this release allows you to explore the five expressions side by side in a guided sensory journey. Each dram showcases the depth, elegance and complexity that only 23 years of maturation can deliver, with unique finishing casks gently shaping and defining each flavour profile.
