The Iberian Series honours Gilbey’s long history of importing sherry and fortified wines since the late 1800s, with each release showcasing exceptional casks sourced from across the Iberian Peninsula. For this expression, Master Blender David McCabe selected Moscatel wine casks from Spain, adding a vibrant and aromatic dimension to the classic Redbreast style. Expect bright, vibrant fruits on the palate alongside textured layers of toffee and honeycomb. Subtle dried herbs add complexity while a steady oak presence keeps everything beautifully structured.
