A unique limited edition whiskey that has been fermented from a mash of oats and malted barley and then triple distilled before being matured in ex-Bourbon barrels.

Lots of oaty flavours thanks to the mashbill of 60% oats and 40% malted barley. This whiskey shows how oats and other unconventional grains may become more significant in Irish whiskeys of the future.
