Matured in a combination of ex-oloroso Sherry and ex-Bourbon barrels, before being transferred to very rare Cedarwood casks from Japan.

A hugely aromatic and pungent whiskey with sandalwood and incense aromas combined with spice, cigars and tree resin. The palate combines tannic woodiness with more spice, pine, cardamon, ginger and eucalyptus. 

Frankly, quite whacky and mad but there is some method behind it all and it works as a standalone whiskey or as a great base for Asian inspired highballs.
