It has matured in 70% Sherry and 30% Bourbon casks which result in notes of caramel, treacle, and sticky toffee pudding on the nose with creamy notes of dark chocolate, marzipan, and prunes on the palate complemented with a long finish with hints of sandalwood and liquorice.
