Initially matured in a 2nd fill Bourbon barrel for 23 years before part of this cask was then re-casked in a specially commissioned 53 litre Oloroso sherry cask for over 3 years. Mouth-filling and chewy. Flavours of milky coffee, raisins, dates, dried figs and fruit n nut chocolate.
