An ambitious bottling from Basil Hayden that incorportates an entirely new mashbill that includes brown rice. As the name also suggests the ageing takes place in toasted oak barrels. Flavours are less spicy than most bourbons with a lovely sweet richness, toasted oak and vanilla flavours.
