Celtic Cask 57

A triple-distilled Irish single malt whiskey, initially matured in bourbon casks before being finished in white wine casks from the Roussillon region of France. This expression offers bright fruit, soft spice and a beautifully balanced finish.

Celtic Cask 58

A 2004 Panamanian rum, distilled using a continuous still and aged for over 20 years. After spending its early years in refill bourbon casks in Panama, it was finished in a Vin Santo cask, adding depth and richness. Bottled at 52%, this is a rare and complex spirit with an exceptionally limited yield.
