This tasting will bring you on a journey of exploration through the different elements that make up their latest release in the “5 Elements” series (released September 2021). In this 20-year-old Single Malt release, Master Distiller Noel Sweeney has expertly combined 5 different finishes to produce a truly sublime whiskey. 16-year-old whiskey has been finished for a further 4 years in Olorosso sherry, Pedro Ximinez, Muscatel, and Marsala casks before marrying with 20-year-old bourbon barrel matured Single Malt. Taste each one of these individual components and a sample of the finished product in this exclusive event and discover the nuances that brought Noel to combining these diverse casks.
