Saint Patricks Extra Dry Gin

Dry refers to the lack of sugars which are more prominent in other gins. It is a full 40% proof and its base is potato spirit, distilled from Lady Claire and Rosetta potato varieties. We use Juniper berries, coriander seeds, Lemon peel, with a little liquorice and Angelica roots for a hint of spice.
