This is a triple distilled single malt and has been vatted exclusively from first fill casks. The make-up of those selected is 61% Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and 39% Bourbon barrels. Like all other Dingle whiskeys this has not been chill filtered and has not had any additional colouring added.
