A quality release in our very own award-winning Celtic Cask series! Made from double distilled single malt from Cooley distillery that was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before finishing in an ex-Anima Negra Mallorcan wine cask in March 2018. Anima Negra produce some of Spain’s finest wines.
