Celtic Cask Seacht Déag is a double distilled single malt that was initially matured in a Bourbon cask for 14 years. Double distilled in the Republic of Ireland it was matured in a first fill bourbon cask (same one as Celtic Cask 34) for 13 years before being partly decanted in May 2015 for further maturation in an old solera (resized) sherry cask that previously matured oloroso sherry. Bottled in 2020. ..-
