Hyde 1640 No. 8 Stout Cask

Hyde Whiskey and the Cotton Ball Brewing Company have collaborated to create this superb whiskey. It's made from 4 year old Single Grain (75%) which previously matured in an ex bourbon cask, 25% 4 Year Old Single Malt aged in an Oloroso Sherry cask then finally finished in Cotton Ball Stout infused cask for five to six months. A gold winner at The Irish Whiskey Masters 2021.
