The Whistler Palo Cortado Single Cask was finished in a rare Palo Cortado Single Cask handpicked by Celtic Whiskey Shop's Managing Director Ally Alpine. This expression is the epitome of the finest casks of the Whistler Whiskey and is bound to please any whiskey enthusiast. This single malt was matured for a minimum of 14 years in ex-bourbon casks before being finished for over 15 months in Palo Cortado Sherry Hogshead. Bottled at cask strength for a pure, expressive flavour. Limited to just 342 bottles released.
