The Whistler PX I Love You Single Malt Celtic Whiskey Shop Exclusive Single Cask:

A special edition of The Whistler whiskey that has been matured in a specially sourced Pedro Ximenez (PX) Sherry casks. The perfect marriage of cask and spirit where the rich malt and sweet sherry create a warm bear hug of a whiskey.

Celtic Cask 43 Daichead a Trí 2003 Single PX Cask:

A superb single malt that was distilled at a famous distillery in Northern Ireland. It has spent 17 years maturing quietly in an ex-Bourbon cask before being switched over into a top quality Pedro Ximenez sweet Sherry cask for another year and a bit. This well-balanced whiskey has some very nice sherry character but also lets the quality of the distillery shine through. It is extremely drinkable and rich with silky, chocolately mouthfeel and vibrant flavours of peaches, poached pears and dried apricots.
