A special release that was originally earmarked to be a Celtic Cask, however, due to it's rarity it was released outwith the range. The Dingle Celt is from a single cask at the Dingle Distillery, which has been triple distilled and fully aged in a 50 litre Caratelli Chestnut cask that previously matured Vin Santo dessert wine from Altesino, one of the finest wineries in Tuscany. Limited to 18 bottles, of which 15 were sold at auction and the remaining three are open by the measure at the Celtic Whiskey Bar & Larder.
