Bristol Caroni VSOC 10 Year Old Classic Rum

A great value rum from the highly sought-after Caroni Distillery which was located in Trinidad and Tobago. Blended from the distilleries pot still and column still spirits. Aged for 10 years at the distillery before being shipped to the UK in barrel, but at 40%. After some 4-5 years of ageing the alcohol level has dropped too low for bottling so some cask strength 1993 Caroni was added to bring the strength back up.
