An exceptional single cask from the GlenAllachie Distillery. This expression was chosen by Master Distiller Billy Walker after 30 years in the cask. Distilled on the 10th November 1989 and bottled March 2020. Fantastic presence of dark chocolate, mocha and dried fruit, with heather honey, orange zest and pineapple. Limited to 309 bottles.
